Mile Buíochas says Linda

A Chairde,

I hope you and all your families remain safe and well at this time.

Tomorrow evening brings to an end my role as Leinster Provincial Secretary. At this point I would like to say a "Mile Buíochas" to all members of Leinster Executive who I served with, the many officers in all our counties and clubs who I have engaged with, our Leinster referees, Leinster THDC, Ard Comhairle, National Committee Members  and all the National Staff.

In the most part all our engagements were positive and in the best interest of our game and I can most certainly say I have gained a lot friends across Leinster and beyond over the past three years.

I would particularly like to thank each of the county secretaries, both current and past who were always most co-operative and at all times showing great courtesy to me.

I would like to wish the incoming Provincial Secretary Brendan Cooper every success and look forward to working with him and indeed with all members of the new Leinster Executive 2021. I wish all those involved in the elections tomorrow evening the best of luck.

Yesterday was a momentous day for the Camogie Association in many regards with the passing of all the trailed playing rules, amendments to others and the recognition of dual players within the Camogie Association visions. I look forward to seeing our games return at all levels when safe to do so and see how these changes develop our game.

I wish outgoing Leinster Chairperson Hilda Breslin every success as she takes over as Uachtarán of our Association and thank her for her outstanding contribution to Leinster Camogie as Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Ard Comhairle over the past ten or more years.

With every good wish to you all and my sincere appreciation.

Regards,

Linda Kenny
